i feel like i should say that i'm genuinely having more fun with johto by playing crystal so maybe i'm not a johto hater i'm just a hgss hater
#bwark#tbh im not even really a hgss hater they're fine i just don't think they're the best pokemon games ever as they're often lauded as#deciding what the best pokemon game is is such a pointless debate because the fandom changes its mind over which games are good and which#games are bad like it's the fucking weather#and people just have different tastes ig#i can tolerate sinnoh's speed and alola's cutscenes because i just love sinnoh in general and the story of the original sm that they don't#bother me the same way they do for others
